End grain cutting board made from Hickory.

This board is end grain design meaning the grain of the wood is point up, toward the top of the board. This makes for a much stronger board and knife marks are much less noticeable because the blade will go between the grains in every direction. This design also keeps your knifes staying sharp and has more antimicrobial properties than a regular wooden board.
